At Cleaning Trade Sales & Service, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We've established the following returns policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Items returned must be in 'as new' condition. This means you haven't used, assembled, or modified the item in any way.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you want. We will respond quickly with instructions on returning items from your order.
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to process.
If you received a faulty or incorrect item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us. We will guide you through the replacement process.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
